CANCELATIONS- Due to the nature of our processing time, we are unable to provide cancelations in certain situations. Our goal is to get orders shipped out every day by 4 pm, therefore if you order at 3:30 pm there is a high possibility that your order will be in that days shipment. If we receive an email about canceling an order before we start processing orders for that day we will be able to honor your request.
WRONG ADDRESS- If you ordered and noticed that your address is wrong, email us ASAP, and I mean ASAP! We check our emails before each days processing. In the email, please include your full name, order number, and the correct address. If we do not receive an email regarding an invalid address, the order will get shipped out to the address given on the order. If a package gets returned to us due to an invalid address, we will contact the customer. All customers are expected to pay shipping.
SHIPPING- Domestic shipping starts at $3.95, but goes up in price depending on the orders weight. Orders that contain only jewelry and keychains (lightly weighed items) should never exceed $3.95. International shipping varies depending on location.
REFUND/RETURN- Refunds are only given in the situation that your order arrives broken or the items are returned. All sale items are final sale. In two years of business, we have only had one out of over 3,000 brush cleansers that arrived leaked. We package all our orders with the most cautionary procedures to ensure a safe delivery. If your items are not broken but you'd like a refund, you are able to return the items. Buyer is expected to cover the shipping cost for the return. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Any inquires regarding an order issue will only be honored if the buyer has messaged us within 72 hours of receiving their order. A $4 restocking fee will take place with all orders that have been returned. This covers the shipping fees lost.
