SHIPPING
Domestic Shipping
Domestic shipping is standard $3.95. Shipping price increases with weight, but shipping cost will never exceed $9. Shipping prices may raise due to demand.
Shipping is non-refundable.
International Shipping
International shipping is $5 and up, depending on USPS international shipping price at the time of your purchase. Shipping price may increase with weight. International shipping may take 2-6 weeks depending on US customs and USPS.
Shipping Days
Please allow 1-5 business days for processing. Within the past weeks, most orders have been processed and shipped within 24 hours. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days, but very often we do work and ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Once the order is shipped, please allow 2-9 business days for your package to arrive at its destination.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, only replacements or full refunds for damaged products.
Damaged Items
If an item is damaged you have the option for a full refund or free replacement of that item. Sale items are final sale. Email us (shopsunandco@gmail.com) or DM us on twitter (@shopsunandco) a picture of your damaged item as well as your order number to help us solve the problem quickly and efficiently. All inquires must be sent in within 72 hours of receiving your products.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available if your product is damaged. Read above for more information about damaged items.
Chokers and Necklaces
How long are the chokers?: 11.5 inches with 5 inches of chain.
Do you do custom lengths?: ABSOLUTELY. Email or dm for custom inquiry!
Wholesale: Yes we wholesale! Send us an email to shopsunandco@gmail.com with which items, how many, and where to! We would love to work with you to get a discounted price for your bulk purchase.
How long are the necklaces?: Starting at 17 inches, they vary in size. Each necklace comes with a 3" extension chain so you can adjust each necklace to the exact length you'd like.
Jewelry related allergies: unless specified as stainless steel, which is a pure metal that is hypoallergenic, the jewelry at question may contain nickel and other alloys that may cause irritation.
